Kogitas’ acquisition of MCPC Systems is set to boost development capabilities across both companies
Kogitas is delighted to announce the acquisition of Chester-based MCPC Systems (UK) Limited. MCPC Systems specialises in developing asset and green space management software for local government, heritage and conservation bodies, and non-profit institutions. The company was founded in 1998 and has a long history of delivering Microsoft-based solutions to both the public and private sector.
Charlotte Girow, of MCPC Systems, said:
“Joining with Kogitas is an important milestone in the development of our business, allowing us to offer greater breadth and depth of capability to both our existing customers and the wider marketplace.”
Charlotte, who has been with MCPC Systems for 8 years, will become the Head of Sales and Marketing in the Kogitas Group.
The acquisition of MCPC Systems extends Kogitas’ base in the UK, adding the Chester office to its existing base in Watford. The joining of the companies also broadens the services offered by the Kogitas Group, leveraging the Microsoft development skills and experience of MCPC Systems’ established team.
